Shipping policy

Shipping
We ship across the United States wherever the law allows us to send wine. Because wine is regulated state by state, there are some places we can't ship to yet. If we can't reach your address, we'll let you know before you're charged.

Processing times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination, typically 3 to 7 business days once your order has shipped. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Adult signature required
Wine can only be delivered to someone 21 or older. An adult signature with valid ID (21+) is required at delivery, and packages can't be left unattended. Please ship to an address where someone of legal drinking age can sign for the order.
